COVID-19 Update

August 2, 2022

As of August 8th, we will be allowing all clients access to our hospital You will no longer be required to phone when you arrive for your appointment, and masks are now optional in our hospital. We will still be observing some restrictions in order to help keep our staff and clients as healthy as possible!

  • We will be attempting to limit capacity in our reception area to a maximum of 5 clients, so you may be asked to wait in the exam room until we can complete your appointment.

  • We will continue to provide curbside service, if you prefer, for food and medications, and you may wait in your vehicle while your pet is being treated by one of our technicians.

  • We do ask if you have any flu or cold symptoms that you reschedule your appointment, or call us when you arrive, and one of our staff can bring your pet in for his/her appointment.

We will continue to post updates on our website and Facebook page as our protocols change.

And a reminder!

We are trying to see all of our patients when they need to be seen, but it has been challenging. Anyone that has had to seek emergency care knows that the emergency hospitals have been also overwhelmingly busy. In order to help us help as many patients as we can, you can do the following:

  • Pre-book your next appointment, and confirm your appointment when you receive text reminder (if you are not receiving text reminders, please text JOIN to 551442 to opt-in)

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so that we can contact clients on our cancellation list

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time

  • If your pet requires an appointment, and your preferred veterinarian has no availability, any of our veterinarians would be happy to provide care for your pet. We can also provide a limited number of day admissions ("drop-off" appointments) so that one of our veterinarians can examine your pet in between other scheduled appointments

  • Use our website for non-urgent prescription refill requests and appointment requests

  • Set up an account on our online store for food and supply purchases (SO many items available, and even a home delivery option!)

We thank all of you for your continued support, kindness, and patience.
