Emra is a Fear Free Elite Certified Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) with extensive experience in the field and a special passion for animal behaviour, particularly in handling nervous and anxious pets. She began her career at Town Centre Vet as a Kennel Attendant in 2011, later graduating from LakeLand College in 2016. Over the years she has expanded her expertise by working in Edmonton,  Prince Rupert BC, and Drayton Valley AB before returning to Town Centre Vet. Emra is dedicated to providing exceptional care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of the animals she works with. Outside of work, she enjoys road trips, hiking, reading, and spending quality time with her husband, two dogs (Sarafina and Pandora), and three cats (Butterscotch, Fluffy Mc Fuzzy Mittens, and Molly).
